- All digital Sales are final and are expected to be for personal use only unless otherwise stated/requested. This means any intellectual property files received by you (the customer) are at a minimum placed into a Creative Commons Attribution-NonCommercial-NoDerivatives 4.0 International (CC BY-NC-ND 4.0) license unless contracted otherwise. Any violation of this will result in legal action. This includes posting/uploading any of our models onto a open social repository (such as Thingiverse, GrabCAD, Facebook, Github and similar sites) with proper licensing as per the CC BY-NC-ND 4.0 and any subsequent variations/derivatives that are produced from that kind of action.
- For physical products we do not offer a warranty or that a any product is free from defect. The process of 3D printing is precise to a point based on materials and design but is not considered a traditional nor exclusively reliable manufacturing process depending upon the application. However if you sincerely feel that a product you purchased is defective we are more than happy to replace it or give partial store credit. We do like to improve our designs and your feed back will be considered into a revision of that product and our process.
